Central Richmond Living in a Victorian Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor (UK 'first floor' meaning it's above the ground-level floor) of a three story house on a very quiet street but only a few minutes walk into the heart of Richmond. Guests can utilize the entire apartment and the contents. I am happy to interface directly with my guests, or I am happy to do it remotely. I live in Richmond, so I can also be on hand if needed. The apartment is an easy five-minute walk from Richmond Centre. A mix of high-class boutiques and brand-name stores are found next to cafes, tea houses, gastropubs, bars, and award-winning restaurants. Transport links connect to central London. All services are safe, clean and efficient. Richmond Station is only a few minutes walk away (where taxis are always available), and provides three services: the traditional London Underground (25 – 30 mins into the centre), The London Overground (25 mins to North London / Hampstead), and regular train services either into Waterloo (20 mins) or out of London to wherever you wish to go! There are buses going south towards Kingston, and north towards Kew Gardens. The 391 and the 65 bus routes will take you smack through the centre of Richmond and Kew all the way across Kew Bridge to Chiswick and beyond. If you are in the mood for a stroll, Richmond Park is 10 minutes walk away and the river is also about 10 minutes - great for a wander along in summer while sampling the pubs and bars. Richmond bridge takes you across to the charming St Margaret's area. The neighbours in the apartments below and above are very nice folks, so please do be mindful of them, particularly late at night when going in and out of the apartment!

It is located on the ground floor of our house with separate entrance and is totally self-contained. We live in the house above the flat, so will be on hand if you need anything or have any queries, but equally we will respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay without interruption! The space is conveniently located between Camden Town and King's Cross with access to a wide range of transport links, and many choices of places to eat, shop, and hang out. Camden is home to the famous Market and Lock. Kings Cross / St Pancras is a short (15 mins) walk away, and has most of the main tube lines as well as the Eurostar and main line rail services. Camden Road Overground and Camden Town tube are 5 - 10 mins walk away. There are also two bus routes on the doorstep taking you to Islington Angel, Camden and the West End.
