The apartment is an outbuilding in a larger house, but has its own entrance and private terrace. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. It is only 1 minute to walk to the beach, and as a guest you have free access to the sauna and outdoor shower near the fjord. There are great hiking opportunities and attractions in the surrounding area. Free parking outside. Access to electric car charger.

The bed in the bedroom on the left is 1.5 meters wide and the bed in the bedroom on the right is 1.20 meters wide. Welcome to Svelvik, a pearl often described as the northernmost city in the south.

There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Garden right outside with a stunning view. Feeling of being in nature and only 15 minutes by train to Oslo city center. Sandvika city center and surroundings are also worth exploring. There is a large shopping mall, beaches and hiking areas nearby.

Leiligheten har egen inngang i en del av mitt hus. Den er koselige innredet med hytte stil. Det er en privat terasse oppe og delt hage/uteområde nede. Stedet har turmuligheter rett utenfor døren og kun 15 minutter til både fjell og by, bademuligheter om sommeren og ski om vinteren.
