We are near the Cotswold Way, GWSR Steam Railway and Cheltenham Racecourse, and approx. 2 miles to the centre of Cheltenham - the heart of the Cotswolds.

Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautiful one bedroom self contained annex with separate living space, and off road parking, all of which is adjoining our family home. We are approx. 1.5 miles from the M5 and 10 minutes from Cheltenham town centre. Cheltenham boasts an array of shops and boutiques, coffee shops and bars, for you to enjoy during your stay. Cheltenham hosts many events such as racing, the science, literature and jazz festivals.

Comfortable bungalow close to town and countryside

Newly refurbished detached bungalow in Swindon Village, Cheltenham. We are on the edge of Cheltenham, with rural fields on the doorstep but just a 10 minute drive into the town centre. A great base to explore the Cotswolds, and less than 1.5 miles from the racecourse. Inside is a spacious, comfortable living space with brand new kitchen and bathroom. There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed.

Dating back to the 1850s and part of the original village Rectory, the barn was converted in 2019 and provides both a light and airy base as well as a cosy and super comfortable retreat.
