Time to relax in this cozy little cottage by a lovely lake in Western Sweden. Between the sea and mountains, and on the edge of Lake Kolbengtseröd: private beach, jetty with sauna, kayak... The 32 sqm cottage is completely renovated and comfortable for 2 people (double bed), possibly with 1 or 2 (small) children on the sofa bed, and is fully equipped. The cottage is located behind the host's house, but offers privacy, nature, a coffee table and outdoor furniture. Quiet, close to the E6 between Gothenburg and Oslo. WITH JETTY AND SAUNA BY THE LAKE!

The house and surroundings are especially suitable for families with children, hikers and sport fishermen. Rural, scenic and quiet location. Close to nice fishing spots for sea trout and mackerel. Undisturbed plot with large lawn, climbing trees and rocks. Sandbox, soccer goal and trampoline. Sunny patio with barbecue grill. Fire pit for open fire. Short walk to jetties, small beach and crab fishing. Two hiking trails nearby. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks and small motorboat for rent. Fast wi-fi. Host family in the neighboring house.

Newly-built attic house in a quiet and beautiful scenic environment. Close to rocky beach and forest. Nice excursion destinations to Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund, Lysekil and Uddevalla. Sheets are available to rent, sheets including bath towel SEK 100/set or EUR 10. Spacious sleeping loft with two 80 cm beds, ladder up to the loft. Pull-out sofa bed, table and four chairs. Living room with kitchen, fridge and freezer, induction stove with oven and microwave. Air conditioning is available. Car park at the house. 12 km to shops and recycling.

1930s villa with beach plot

Charming 1930s villa in a protected private location with beach plot. The house is beautifully located at Rörbäckskilen with a patio right on the waterfront. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowboat, 4m * Kayak * 4 SUP boards Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Good fiber Internet connection. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Cabin overlooking Gullmarsfjorden

Take the opportunity to stay in a detached guest house, close to all of Bohuslän's gems. Here you live with sea views of Gullmarsfjorden, with a swimming area within walking distance. Canoe is available for loan during the stay. The house is equipped with a 140 cm bed, two single beds in the loft and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is tiled and has underfloor heating. Bedding and towels are NOT included. Guests clean

Cottage of 50 sqm with private beach & older standard. One bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer and induction stovetop with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining places for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available

I slutet på en grusväg finner ni detta unika och fridfulla boendet placerat på en udde 50 meter till egen privat strand, brygga och flytbrygga med trappstege. Vid stranden finns en enkel sjöbod med bord och bänk och det finns flytvästar och paddlar till kanot och kajak som ingår. Huset har en liten hall som övergår i en korridor tvärs hela huset med tre rum varav två är sovrum och en klädkammare. På vänster hand ligger kök och matsal vardagsrummet finns en trappa upp och ytterligare sovrum.
