The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

U gornjem spratu ima dve spavace sobe,kupatilo i terasa sa prelijepim pogledom .Kuca raspolaze sa 3 parking mjesta.

Welcome to our vacation home in Montenegro right on the waterfront. You have direct water access from the terrace to your boat or jet ski (if available). Distance to the sandy beach about 200 m. In the apartment there are two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Parking in front of the house paved and fenced. Right next door is a fish restaurant where you can spend a cozy evening. Other restaurants are about 300 m away. Mosquito nets are available on the doors.
