Secluded by woodland and trails for hiking, mountain biking and golf – yet only 5 minutes from Lake Åsunden and Ulricehamn’s charming town centre. Lassalyckan is within walking distance. Here, you can enjoy long summer days with swimming, barbecues and relaxation. We are located 100 km east of Gothenburg.

Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

For even more fun, you can also rent a larger boat with sonar, standup paddle and motor, The lake with its 10 islands offers fantastic opportunities for grilling, swimming and fishing.

A house with (your own) lake side with pier, boat and porches just 10 minutes from the city of Ulricehamn. 1 minute with boat. 50 minutes to Gothenburg by car. 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the guest house. Big fully equipped kitchen with dinner table, living room with fireplace and a inside veranda. The porches has dinner table, sofa, barbecue and a lot of space. Take a swim, go fishing, enjoy the views or walk in the wonderful surroundings.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Gården Paradiset ligger i det natursköna området där klassikerfilmen ”Änglagård” spelades in. Huset är nyrenoverat i gammaldags stil, jacuzzi under tak, tillgång till promenad- och motionsrundor i skog och mark. 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar. I hall finns en ny bäddsoffa som lätt görs om till bekväm dubbelsäng. Sällskap som bor 5 nätter eller mer får fri tillgång att fiska i någon av gårdens dammar (fisken släpps tillbaka i dammarna)
