A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

The apartment is about 110 m2 in size and has a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and two 80 cm single beds. Bedlinen and towels are not included.
