The location was perfect… so close to everything you need. The apartment feels very new and spotlessly clean. It felt very private with large gate at the front and very friendly and helpful hosts.

Cabaña nueva, en zona muy tranquila y cercana (en auto) del centro de Puerto Natales. Calefacción funcionando perfectamente, no se siente nada de frío adentro. Cabe destacar la comodidad de las camas: los colchones, cojines y sábanas son de muy buena calidad, y todo oliendo a recién lavado. Muy agradable, perfecta para descansar muy bien.

Carolina, siempre atenta y dispuesta para asesorar. El Dpto. Limpio ordenado muy bien equipado. Excelente calefaccion, ya que estaba muy frio entre 3 y 6 grados. Recomendable!!

Excelente custo-benefício. A casa é espaçosa e fofa, e o aquecedor é bom. A casa tem dois quartos, e o menor pode ser útil para deixar as malas e deixar o ambiente mais organizado. Recomendo!

Buena ubicación, lugar ordenado y limpio encontramos alimentos básicos como sal y aceite, igual dejamos...proporcionó toallas, shampoo, bálsamo y jabón. Respondía muy rápido y de forma amable a los requerimientos.

Great hosts. A very comfortable and clean unit in the backyard of the house. The only thing was a very loud music from a nearby restaurant on Saturday night until 5 am, but quiet otherwise.

It is exactly as pictured. Very private. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed was extra comfy. And there’s laundry too! Pamela is very sweet and responsive. She got back to me immediately when I had questions. Definitely recommend a stay!

We only stayed one night before leaving Natales but had a lovely and peaceful stay. The cabin is very cosy and private with all you need for a comfortable stay. Daniza and Pepe were very welcoming and accommodating, and were the perfect hosts. We would highly recommend a stay here for exploring Natales and the surrounding area.

We followed other travellers' recommendations to do some print screens of the GPS maps before arriving to Roberto's accommodation in Río Serrano village and we found the place easily (it is just behind Villa Serrano hotel's area). Once arrived, we felt soon at home and Roberto and his wife were very kind to us and helped us to resolve a problem that we had with AirBnB booking system. Roberto was very responsive every time we addressed to him. It was so relaxing to feel at home in this warm place every evening when we entered after a long day of trekking in Torres del Paine park. the Accommodation is very close to the Serrano park entrance (15 min). Moreover, we enjoyed magnificent views from the hut every morning and evening. I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Ficamos em 4 pessoas na casa. Estrutura muito boa, camas confortáveis, cozinha bem equipada, aquecimento bem quente, banho excelente.

L'hôte était très réactive et s'est assurée que nous passions un bon séjour. Le logement était propre et très fonctionnel, ce qui nous a permis un peu de repos après notre séjour à Torres del Paine. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la laveuse et la sécheuse! Je recommande sans hésiter! Merci encore.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en pareja. Privado y cómodo. No es cerca del centro y nos costó encontrar Uber, por lo que optamos arrendar vehículo y estuvo genial. Cómo sugerencia añadiría un refri.
