Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. The house is located a ridge a minutes walk to Lonnekers Beach Free pick-up available on request. Strictly no pets or parties The fire is not available for use. No WIFI!

The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Friendly but not intrusive people, helpful house manager available.
