The flat on the first floor, which has a separate entrance, a kitchen/dining/living area, a terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom, is available for rent. 180-degree lake view, with swimming pool and outdoor green space. The swimming pool is not open to the public and is shared with the Property. The spa and relaxation area can be used on request and for a fee. Following the recent introduction of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during restricted hours. Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

The Terrace of Victory

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
