Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Short but very nice stay in Vignanello. Maria Letizia's place is very, very beautiful and we had a lovely evening and morning in it. Communication with Maria Letizia was effective, and self-check in easy.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need! The hosts are of unique kindness and availability and we really appreciated their flexibility in schedules. The area is very quiet and surrounded by olive trees. Highly recommended!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

For Casa Colorata, we only have praise! The house is spacious, very clean and well located on a hillside; the landscape of the Marche countryside all around is superb. Loretta decorated her with love and equipped her in everything, in the smallest detail. We spent sunny days surrounded by animals, flowers and olive trees - the oil produced by Loretta is exquisite. We will be back without hesitation!

We had such a great time with the kids in this beautiful home that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

We rented Roberto's place to spend the last days of the year. The apartment is perfect for spending time in a quiet environment, in the company of friends. The environment is comfortable and equipped for every need with very well-kept outdoor spaces. Roberto was helpful and extremely kind. Really a nice place to spend some pleasant time.

Severino welcomed us really well, from the bus stop he took us to the house showing us the necessary and also giving us useful information enriched by historical curiosities. The house was impeccable, we had a great rest!

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

Marco's place fully matches the photos. The host was very kind and offered us a flexible check-in that allowed us to finish our laps. The terrace with lake views is very evocative and romantic. My family and I only stayed for 2 days, but we found everything we needed and even more, including a bowl and a mattress for my little dog. Top. The area is quiet, green and well served. Great starting point for Marmore Falls, Narni, Labro , San Gemini and other known destinations. We'll definitely be back . Thanks Marco.

Stefania is a very empathetic host, she gave us great tips about the area and welcomed us with a warm welcome. Always responsive and responsive. The house is comfortable, there were six of us and it accommodated us according to our needs. Very friendly and also present parents, who live upstairs. I recommend the apartment that is located in a place where it is easy to get around the various places to visit in the area. From Frasassi caves to Senigallia. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

A great experience . The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished and finished, very clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and parking hassle-free right in front of the building. Laura was very kind to solve a small issue and gave us advice on where to dine. Really nice to relax in the evening in the apartment after the days spent visiting the surroundings, we felt at home. We loved it and highly recommend it.

We spent a weekend in Mira's apartment and it was a beautiful stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you may need (coffee, sugar and various spices too). The view of the bell tower, from which you can see the mountain, makes everything more magical especially at night, when Narni becomes almost enchanted. The ringing of the bells is what it takes to experience these places that are almost still over time. In essence, highly recommended!

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
