The house offers two separate units. Unit 1 offers a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and lounge. Unit 2 has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and TV room. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the deck, where whales are often spotted! Outside offers a built-in-braai, dining area and a pool. Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.

The lagoon is perfect for swimming, fishing, and kayaking to the beach. Guests can use the river deck, braai area, and kayaks.
