Unassuming, with private entrance and access to terrace and garden. Plenty of space for parking. Fiber. Nice apartment with kitchenette and dining area (no stove), separate bedroom with double bed, pleasant living room with comfortable sofa bed and extra bed. Bathroom with shower. Possibility to rent washing machine, dryer. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside.

Walking distance to Tønsberg city center and great hiking areas in the forest just outside the door. There is no traffic noise. The apartment is in the basement, but has big windows that provide a lot of light. The living room is cozy, with a dining area. The bathroom is large, with washing machine and space to dry cloth. Kitchen with stove and fridge. Double bed in bedroom and single bed in living room. Wifi and TV with Netflix logged in and Google chrome for streaming content from your phone. Here you can live rural on a farm that is in daily operation, while living relatively central - 10 km to Horten, 19 km to Tønsberg, 12 km to Holmestrand and 3.5 km from exit 35 on E18. Many sights and places to visit! (Golf, beaches, museums, etc.). On the farm we do sheep, cereal, feed production and raspberries. Some noise from the drift will occur, as there is work that needs to be done with different machines and cars. The brewery house is a bit by itself in the yard, with its own garden and porch.

Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

This place is originally used the most when we have guests, it is now renting out on Airbnb as it is a shame it is unused.
