Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Public boat ramp less than a mile away. Fishing dock and sea wall ideal for fishing or taking kayaks out. We have an uncovered boat slip for parking a boat on site. Our driveway is steep so we suggest parking boats at the top of the hill if they are trailered.
