**The LA DWF has confirmed a drawdown for D’Arbonne Lake beginning Sept 3 through Nov 15 2024. The lake will be lowered to a level of 5 feet below pool stage at a rate of approx. 4 inches per day. During this time the lake will not be accessible from our boat ramp. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Step back in time in this fun retro lake house. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great fishing, boat ramp and dock, perfect spot for swimming, canoeing and relaxing

It is a home away from home, that will give you beautiful views and peaceful nights. 4 smart tvs.

You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
