Holiday rentals in Unisan Island

We enjoyed staying in Tita Cha's place. She is very attentive and helpful with all our needs. She also helped us with transpo around the area. I highly recommend her place as this is nearby the beach. Also we enjoyed spending time with her as we shared a lot of stories together at home. Thank you so much for sharing local food and wisdom. We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

The room is clean and has its own comfort room. It's also perfect for someone working from home because they offer free Wi-Fi. If you're planning an island or day tour on a budget, I would definitely recommend Charito's Airbnb. It's only about 15 minutes by tricycle to Alibojod Cove. It’s better to rent a motorbike at Jaro Wharf upon arrival, since transportation in the area is mostly by tricycle, which can be a bit pricey. Another good thing is that there’s a restaurant and a sari-sari store right in front of the Airbnb. However, if you're someone who loves snacks and extras, I’d suggest bringing your own before heading to Guimaras, as the stores there have limited stock. Overall, our experience with Nanay Charito was superb! She is very accommodating, always willing to help, gives great suggestions, and is always smiling. We will definitely come back and recommend her Airbnb—it really feels like home. 🏠❤️

The place is great and the host is very cooperative and responsive in all the inquiries. All in all I can say she’s right, that her place could be my place. A good place to relax. And i would love to come and stay again for my next visit in the Philippines, it is convenient for my family and for me since to see each other since the place is not far from my family’s place. I can recommend this place for you to stay. That this home can be yours too😊😊

We were surprised to see so many beautiful places during our 4 days visit in Guimaras including Tatlong Pulo, Roca Encantada, San Lorenzo Wind Farm Lookout Point and more. Tita Charito's Airbnb is very clean, homey, and in an ideal location. It is located along the highway and easy to find especially since we rented a motorcycle from Jordan Wharf. A short drive from tita 's house are Guisi Lighthouse, Makarios Aquafarm and Restaurant, Alubihod Beach, Reymen's resort for island hopping, and Taklong Marine Sanctuary Reserve (look for Taklong Island Boat Tour Wharf in google maps for walk-in island tour to the reserve, with white sand beaches, mangroves, sandbar, and floating cottage. Ideally, visit during low tide to see the sandbar). Tita Charito is also very hospitable and accommodating. She provided everything we needed. Making our stay really memorable. We had a blast in Guimaras. Thank you tita for an unforgettable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Makarios! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities we could need. We needed a break, and Makarios delivered exactly what we were looking for: pure relaxation. A highlight was the fantastic feeding and fishing experience – the chef even cooked our catch! It was so yummy and fresh. The calming ambiance, delicious food, and friendly service created the perfect escape. Highly recommended!
