A semi detached fully self contained and air conditioned luxurious studio unit downstairs with own private toilet and bathroom Perfect for a single person or couple’s get-away. Utilities included in price. Apia CBD being only 8-10 minutes drive away pending traffic. Hot water showers are a simple luxury included. Security windows and fly screen keeps the flies and mosquitoes away but the cool breeze sweeps by allowing for a good nights sleep.

Fale Mailani is a newly build 2-bedroom house in Nuu, close to Vaitele Fou. Both bedrooms and the living area have A/C. Rental car available on demand. 15 minutes car ride away from Apia centre and easy to take the bus to the centre. In Vaitele Fou you can find supermarkets, small shops, a local market etc. On the same land, there are 3 other private houses, used by my family. Great way to discover the Samoan culture. Parking onsite.
