Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

We stayed at Nambi for our DreamWorks Water Park weekend trip and it was great. We experienced minor issues with WiFi connectivity but Margaret went above and beyond and the issue was resolved in no time. The place is as described. If you are not used to the area I would suggest not forgetting any items, especially if cooking. Finding a place where you might need a variety is pretty hard. Overall, the stay was wonderful. Margaret’s hospitality went beyond five stars. There was even a bag with stuffed animals for the kids when we came back from our water park trip, which to me was such a sweet touch. I would definitely recommend Nambi for your stay.

A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

The Airbnb was just as mentioned . My fiancé and I just stayed for a night since we were not in the area for long. Christina had clear instructions and would response quick to any questions I had. Loved how there were card games and a mini pool table to play with.

Nice little place for two people, easy check in and a friendly host.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

I spent 3 nights here while visiting Staten Island unexpectedly for a family situation. The location was great, only 3 blocks to the best bakery on the Island (Royal Crown). The street was very quiet and felt safe. Lots of parking. The unit is a standalone (no shared walls), so it was very quiet. It was also very clean. I was up and out early each day and home late, so didn't get a chance to cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and was clean. If you are looking for something small and basic, I would recommend it.

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

Tom is cool! A really friendly and accommodating host, he made himself available to our schedule and was a pleasure to get to know. The apartment was ideally situated, with excellent restaurants a block away, and the PATH and ferry nearby. Every time I visit NY, I’m going to try to stay here.

This was by far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed in! Defina! Was a phenomenal host, attended to every need! Was very responsive! And let’s not talk about the hospitality! We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday @ American Dream! She made sure we were accommodated well! Frigerator stocked! House well stocked with linens! Honesty is the key with her! She was very accommodating! Thank you very much Defina! See you next time we are in Jersey❤️

Absolute Herzensempfehlung!!! Wir waren eine Woche bei Arnol und Ruben und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Beide sind super freundlich, sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt für einen selbst bestmöglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und das Zimmer super schön. Man hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und nochmal ein zusätzliches kleine Gästeklo. In der Gegend fühlt man sich sehr sicher und wird würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht 🥰 vielen Dank euch beiden, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt in New York so bereichert habt!

Let me start by saying that Oneeba was the perfect host. She was very detailed in her communications, she responded within a reasonable time for any questions I had. She even refunded me for some washcloths I bought from Walmart. She had 8 already but I had a party of 13 so I just grabbed them on my Walmart run and she refunded me with proof of receipt. Now the house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything is very modern and sleek and up to date and in pristine condition. We basically had 2 apartment units with their own entries and own equal amenities. It was more then enough room for me and the other guest which included 3 adults, 10 kids and 1 newborn. The house was also about 20-25 minutes from The American Dream Mall that has "Nickelodeon Universe" and "Dreamworks Waterpark" which is why we were visiting the area. I would highly recommend this home based off the immaculate host and the immaculate home itself!!! If I ever come back that way, I know where I'm staying!!!

What An amazing experience. One of the best places I’ve rented in a long time. The room and privacy of it all was amazing and the host was an absolute sweetheart. This will definitely be my main stay when I visit NY ❤️❤️

5 nachten verbleven bij Phil en Gio, en voelde als thuis! De ruimte is precies zoals beschreven. Lekker ruim, en een aparte ruimte om je kleding/spullen in op te bergen. Het bed slaapt erg lekker en zelf de slaapbank, is voor een slaapbank erg goed. Zelfs als je deze hebt uitgeklapt, heb je meer dan voldoende ruimte in de kamer. In de ochtend wordt je gewekt door de vogeltjes die fluiten. Met een koffieapparaat en koffiecups bij de hand, geniet je in de ochtend van een lekker kopje koffie op her balkon met prachtig uitzicht op Manhattan! Met de bus en tram om de hoek, sta je in 20 minuten in Manhattan! Deze plek is heerlijk juist ook omdat je even kan ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad en hier lekker tot rust kan komen. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt waar je alles kan halen wat je nodig hebt! Voor een volgende bezoek aan NYC, zou ik zeker weer hier verblijven! Bedankt, Phil & Gio, voor de goede zorgen!

Aleksandr a été un hôte extrêmement accueillant. Son logement était superbe, près des transports pour rejoindre le centre ville, très calme et propre. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un merveilleux weekend à New York.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Lee. Tout était parfait. La propreté et le confort de la chambre (Literie excellente!) ainsi que de l’appartement, le calme aux alentours le soir, les très bons restaurants du quartier (Bushwick Taco Company fut notre préféré, merci Lee), l’emplacement proche des deux lignes de métro qui permettent de se rendre à Manhattan très rapidement. Lee nous a partagé des recommandations qui ont toutes été excellentes. Il a eu la gentillesse de laver notre linge (demande faites le matin, le linge était prêt le jour même en fin de journée). C’est un hôte extrêmement serviable, gentil et réactif. Ce logement ainsi que la gentillesse de l’hôte, ont fait partie de la réussite de notre voyage, c’est avec le cœur lourd que nous quittons Bushwick, mais nous espérons revenir très vite (et ce sera chez Lee, sans aucun doute !) Eleonora est une hôte adorable, bienveillante et disponible! La situation de l'appartement (duplex + jardin) est idéale. Elle combine les abords paisibles mais très vivants de Greenpoint (Brooklyn) et la proximité de Manhattan (20 minutes à pied + métro). Le logement est spacieux et impeccable! Je le recommande très chaleureusement!
