Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Accommodation in Uppsala-Näs

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and a private barbecue area right by the lake. The forest is just outside the door, so it is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & ice skating in the winter for those interested. The nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafés & pharmacies are about 10 minutes away by car. Uppsala city center can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that go directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

The house is nestled in a lovely natural environment on attractive Svavelsö in the Stockholm archipelago near the sea and beach, only 25 minutes from Stockholm city. This newly-built smaller villa of 80 sqm has an upstairs open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, living room and patio windows and patio door providing proximity to nature and views of the water. Downstairs with 1 master bedroom and a "studio" with 2 80 cm beds and bathroom with washing machine and shower. The house is beautifully and personally decorated with full conveniences.

The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Welcome to rent our nice house in quiet and scenic Starbo! Here you live in the countryside but only 4 km from Uppsala city centre. Nature reserves are located on the corner with lovely paths in Nåsten and Hågadalen. You can easily get to the city center by car, bus or bicycle. In Flogsta and Stenhagen there are grocery stores, pharmacies and Systembolag, as well as playgrounds. Note: On the plot there is a guest house that we rent out to a quiet student. Access to that house is not included in the rent but is private.

Country cottage - Norrlandet - Gävle

The house is in a quiet and pleasant area in nature. It was built in the 1950s, but has since been renovated and partially modernized. For those who appreciate simple conditions in an authentic environment, the house is a place of peace. Four single beds are available, two in the house, and two in the guest house. Please note that the toilet (dry toilet) and shower with hot water are located in the guest house. It is a place well suited to being in contact with nature, exercising, resting and finding peace.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
