A poche centinaia di metri, la bellissima Rocca di Sassocorvaro con tutti i servizi commerciali. L'appartamento dispone di tre camere da letto, una cucina abitabile, un salone , una stanza guardaroba ed un bagno con doccia

Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.
