The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The apartment is located on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. It is surrounded by idyllic alpine panoramas and is centrally located on the Urnerboden. Alpine dairy, village shop, church, cable car and restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed.
