This charming cottage places you within a 5 minute walk to Reef Bay beach and gives you access to many of St. John's greatest hiking trails. By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.
