The location is great. Only steps from the beach and the views from the balcony are wonderful. Walkable restaurants and bars just around the corner. Plus the walking/biking path is right in front of the patio so going for a run or just taking a stroll up and down the beach is very convenient. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly. Her place has everything you would need for your stay that also include beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler to use on the beach and (2) volley balls, in which the courts are just across the path. The only small issue I had was with parking. I have a new GMC 1500 truck with a leveling kit and slightly bigger tires, so my truck was about 1" too tall to fit in the garage; therefore I couldn't park there. A regular size truck or SUV would be fine. Lastly, Rosemary is a great host and was a pleasure to deal with. Anytime I reached out, she responded immediately. I would 100% stay here again.
