Jake was kind and welcoming, and allowed me to store my bike inside as well. The bed is also comfortable. Just one note- since the kitchen is right at the bottom of the stairs to the right, the smells upstairs can get a bit strong in the evening and you can hear conversation from downstairs pretty well.

Jake is very transparent that his house is located in an up and coming area. I never once felt unsafe so don't let that deter you from staying there.
