There’s a reason they have a perfect rating. This is one of my favorite excursions ever. Santiago is an awesome host and someone we’d now call a friend. The horseback riding activity was such a highlight because the property is a beautiful ascent up a mountain and the horses are so calm. We learned so much about the coffee making process and it felt like we were part of a small, intimate familial experience. Would highly recommend!

A unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience!
The entire tour was incredible from beginning to end. We were greeted by Santiago at the pickup point and were served breakfast before heading out to the coffee farm in the outskirts of Medellín. Upon arrival, we learned the inspiring story of how Rafael’s family transformed their family estate into a self-sustaining farm.

The highlight of the trip was the horseback riding — the horses took us to the top of a hill with panoramic views of the lush green mountains and Colombia’s beautiful landscape. Santiago made sure we had an amazing experience, always being attentive and thoughtful.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Medellín — it’s truly unforgettable!

You meet and eat a typical Colombian breakfast. Drive to the coffee farm in a nice vehicle with air conditioning. Good conversation and a little knowledge on the way. You go on a horseback ride that is somewhat challenging, but they will help if you need help. After the horse ride, you learn about coffee and how the farm operates. You enjoy some coffee. Head back to Medellin where you are fixed a delicious Lebanese lunch and the tour is over.
