Growing up, fitness wasn’t part of my life until my mom encouraged me to join a gym after I started gaining weight. From the moment I stepped in, I fell in love with the process. That passion became a career. Now, through Jovis Fitness, I help people transform their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally—just like I did.
