A very well presented property in a lovely location. Howard & Justine were really helpful and communicative leading up to our stay. Per some of the other reviews, just be mindful access and parking is tight, which is something to bear in mind especially if arriving after dark!

A fab location and a lovely house with everything we needed. Great location to explore Matlock bath, Matlock, Heights of Abraham, all within walking distance. Lots of walks right from house too, once car was parked up we didn’t need to move it! Highly recommend!

Parking takes a little getting used to as up a slope and the stairs to the house keep you fit!
