April 2025John is the SWEETEST. He made me feel immediately welcome (& even made me a plate of food)!!! The suite is warm and spacious (with its own ensuite), has a LOVELY view of the ocean, and is top level so street noise is minimal.
John is very flexible and easy to talk to.
If you’re looking to enjoy the coast with ease, this is the place to stay!

September 2024Great one night stay. Comfy bed and great location. Very walkable and liked having a dedicated parking spot. Would stay again but description in the listing needs to be updated to match actual offering which is an en-suite bedroom - there is no kitchen. We noticed this in the comments long after we had booked but decided to stay anyways and have no regrets.

August 2024This was booked as an entire ground floor appartment, said it had a kichen, it didn't said it had all the things you would want including a bath, it was in fact an ensuite attic bedroom, didn't stay host couldn't even supply two glasses we asked for! He also admitted advert needed updating due to many thing not being available as per AirBnB advert. Ruined our Bank Holiday and added extra cost due yo neededing alt accommodation paying for lost out on a great weekend in the Mumbles albeit Full refund granted by AirBnB this place should be removed!!! Such a shame.
