Nice spot close to balboa park, very communicative hosts all throughout the stay. Only complaint was sheets had a few stains and there was no mention of the ice machine located in the alleyway by dumpster, that would be useful info .

The host was very helpful and friendly. The neighbors in the room next door were very loud but regardless the stay was decent.

The host was very communicative and gave us clear instructions for check-in. The place is just as shown in the photos. It has things that make the stay more comfortable.

Let me tell you. The bathrooms are tremendously clean. Cleaner than hotel bathrooms. It’s obvious they clean thoroughly every day.
