Owners were great at communicating and helpful with any questions we had. The latch app is very easy and convenient to use for all things. Description was spot on and they do a nice job of mentioning potential noise from the train. Lastly, some might be negative towards the amount of homelessness around the property, but to me that’s outside of the owners’ control. We were never harassed during any of our walks to and from the place.
