It's warm, comfortable, and cozy. Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Ushuaia, just 100 meters from a reserve. Ideal environment for walking, resting or sighting the flora and fauna.

The heating is by radiant slab. It is in a residential mountain neighborhood, just a 15/20-minute walk down to downtown or a 5-minute drive. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and the forest is only 150 meters away. It is accessed by a staircase that is shared with the main house
