I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The center is about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores are about a 5-minute walk. Cyclists welcome. You have 4 free bikes for your stay. Tips for trips in the area. Check out my guide. Dear guests, welcome in small roof apartment in Krusne hory near Carlsbad. The location is perfect for winter sports or for visiting the spa cities around. There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living rooms. Upon request there is possibility to use summer kitchen with barbecue area, garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
