Welcome to my guest house located on the Baltic coast in a walking distance from the beach and to the town center. You will love comfortable beds, spacious garden, great swimming pool and garden house available for BBQs. Each room has a bathroom, TV, balcony . kettle / free Wifi and free parking. All guests have access to fully equipped kichenette with fridge, microwave , toaster , coffee machine and cooker. I also rent bikes so u can enjoy scenic rides. Looking forward to see you :)

On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

Rooms for yoga, sauna, table tennis, music (piano, guitar, drums), children's games. It is surrounded by forest, meadows and fields and is 20 km from the Baltic Sea coast near the Parsęta River. Huge outdoor area with soccer and volleyball field, trampoline and fireplace.
