Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!
