Cola Jungle cottage 1

Our Place is located between Agonda and Cola Beach. It is by the river, at the foot of a hill in the jungle behind Cola beach. The beach is a 5-mins walk from our place, but the river is right next to it. All the huts are made from wood and bamboo and have sliding glass doors. The beds have comfortable mattresses and mosquito nets. The huts have their own bathrooms and balconies. From the balcony, you can spot hundreds of colorful birds in the trees around the place.

Alipore-Stately Old World Room in Portuguese Manor

Alipore is one of the only two rooms in the Portuguese side of the house. The deep red walled room has a window seat that is either a love seat or prayer spot, overlooking the next door coconut plantation. So if you hear a small explosion overhead every now and then, it is more likely to be a coconut hitting the tiles than terrorists. It has a simple high teak antique double bed and a long, narrow ensuite bathroom hidden between the two houses.
