As the name suggests Hara Basera- the surroundings are lush green, comprising litchi, mango trees and lot many ornamental plants. The surrounding is full of flora and fauna. We are adjacent to this place, staying on first floor of Green Abode which is our very 1st listing since 2017. Being from army background we love to meet and make new connections. Uttara phalguni is one of the Nakshatra cottages situated at an altitude of 7,000 ft ASL with an attached toilet.The room has a private verandah with an awesome view of mountains.There are two restaurants at walking distance(300 mtrs).Mukteshwar temple is 6 kms from the cottage and bhalugaad waterfall is at 3kms.The place is also known as the fruit bowl of Kumaon as there are a number of fruit orchards in the area.The average temp in summers is Max 15-20 degrees and it snows in winter.
