From the kitchen you can reach a balcony on the upper floor and a glassed patio with infrared heating is underneath it. 2 bathrooms and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Stroll around the surrounding Sörmland forests or take a canoe trip on the lake. In the winter you can bring ice skating and take a trip out on the lake or swim in the ice wake and then warm up in the sauna. After that, you'll curl up on the couch with a pair of warm socks, lit candles, a hot cup of tea, and an exciting book. From autumn 2025, there will be a fireplace in the cottage.

We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Bed sheets/linens/towels not included)

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent.
