Rosa Mare is a beach house. It started as the home of my grandparents, Rosa and Manuel, humble people dedicated to the land and fishing. They had 13 children. It is a family home, in a quiet and wonderful location, close to the estuary, the beach and the forest. Single-story, accessible house with large rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/dining room, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for vacation or remote work. Close to Aveiro, but with the tranquility of the countryside and the seaside.

The rooms are spacious and overlook the sea and the pool. The barbecue allows you to prepare outdoor meals. There is free parking in the building in an individual garage. When leaving the house, you have everything within walking distance: beach, restaurants, surf school, fish market and the sunset.
