Bredsanden, which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, is secluded and is 200 meters away from the house. There is an option to fish in Lake Vänern without a fishing license. Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! A 15-minute drive west of Karlstad leads to this paradise with lake views and a short walk to sandy beaches that attract you to lovely swimming. Here you are close to the forest with walking paths and the possibility of picking berries and mushrooms.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.
