Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

I had a great time and the amenities were really nice. Our host Ace was really responsive and accommodating. You can have full confidence your stay will be great.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

No wonder they are Superhosts! Gil and the team were great. Location opposite beautiful parks, safe to walk day and night. Easy short walk to Greenbelt. Lots of restaurants nearby.

短期間の滞在に必要なものは揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 しかし、新しく購入されたものなのか、乾燥機の電源が繋がっておらず、設置場所がコンセントから離れていた為、重い乾燥機を移動させて使用するしか方法がなく不便だった。 キッチンも小さめなので、長期間滞在で料理する場合は少し不便かも知れない。 短期間の滞在の際は、また利用したいと思います。ありがとう。

Mark was very responsive, checking in was very smooth and pool access was also easy we just showed our payment. The condo staff were very polite and respectful. The unit was clean I didnt see any bugs or roaches. There were some item of clothing and vicks left at the counter but other than that the place was very clean. The view was also super nice, not blocked by other buildings. We attended the M2M concert and we only had to walk to Araneta. Also a lot of restaurant and cafe options plus there’s 7/11 nearby if you forgot to being a toothbrush 😀. Thank you for making our stay stress-free. Looking forward on our concert and will definitey stay again. 💜

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Our family had a great time at Chill Spot Manila. The place was clean and had all the amenities as described. Kuya Jun, their caretaker, was kind and helpful. The pool was clean, their beds smelled good and felt comfortable. All the aircons worked well and kept us cool under the heat. Super big deal because it’s really so hot during this time of the year so this is really appreciated. Overall, we really had no complaints and we will surely come back :)

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

Overall a great experience. Checking-in and checking out was easy and hassle free. The room was worth the price. They had Netflix, a few games (Jenga and Scrabbles); which helped battle the boredom when we had nothing better to do inside the room. The steamer and hair dryer was very helpful too. Would book again if we have another important appointment to do in Makati.
