Ma'am Joycelin and the caretaker Kuya Rey are ah-mazing, they were easy to talk to and very understanding. We felt welcomed from the moment we set our foot into their lovely place. It was a great place to enjoy with family and friends. Peace and quiet. Overall experience was great, and will definitely worth to book again.

Much respect to be given to her. She was a crucial factor in what helped us during our stay. I am very grateful. The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. We forgot to ask for to turn the jacuzzi but that is entirely our fault. The personnel are so friendly and very helpful. Kudos to ate Esther for going through the dos and dont's of the place. Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

It was gracious of the host to let us check in early. My mom commented on how clean the rooms were as compared to other more expensive Airbnbs we've stayed in. Ate Carol and staff were always present to help us with our needs. They even offered to help fetch us some items that we needed in the public market. Best part of our stay was when we had a boodle fight dinner and our Noche Buena later on that night. They have a fully equipped kitchen with enough plates and utensils for our family of 20. The property has plenty of space for everyone to lounge about. A bummer that there is a dam that blocks the riverview. The riverview was one of the reasons we booked the property. Nevertheless, we still find the property very cozy and charming. It offers good value for money due to the facilities and beautiful spaces.

We loved our stay at La Bella Vita. The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the outdoor space was awesome. On top of that the staff was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. We'd definitely stay again!

It's a secured, peaceful, & family-friendly neighbourhood. The subdivision is a good place for a stroll and there are parks and playgrounds not just for kids but for adults too. As a nature lover, I love the tree crowns view from our room. The room is very wide too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was even a time when they look after the kids so we can eat. I love the rice! I was hoping to have some Korean food, as mentioned in one of the reviews, but we're served typical lutong-bahay - decent meal naman and filling. Uncle offered to serve Korean food when we go back. I suggest that there be a ready fan/cooler for guests in the common areas like the kitchen and the living room. Will consider this place again for next bookings.

Surrounded by rich greenery; the sound of chirping birds all day by the wonderful garden, the singing of crickets & grasshoppers, and gushing waters (koi pond/fountain) that completes the wonderful ambiance of nature. Mr. Kwon's family welcome us with warm-heartedness. I didn't expect that there would be a complimentary meal during breakfast. The room is spotless. A common toilet and bath is next to the room. Towels and bath amenities were provided. Drinking water is available. Thank you! Kwon Family for your generosity, kindheartedness, and cordial hospitality. God Bless & More Power!
