Farmhouse in a quiet and pleasant location! A well-appointed detached house! Two bedrooms with double beds. The house is fully equipped with clean, fragrant bed linen, tableware and towels! The kitchen, living room and laundry room are also fully equipped! There is a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and I leave bottles of water for when guests arrive. There are fans in the bedrooms and living room! In the bathroom, you will find toilet paper and soap, and clean towels for all guests! The house is simple and not luxurious, but it is clean and comfortable for those looking for tranquillity!

Close to the Valinhos, Campinas and Itatiba exits and easy access to the Dom Pedro highway. The night with a heated Jacuzzi is our distinguishing characteristic! There are lots of birds, marmosets, fruit, and a natural vegetable garden. Plenty of open space and a structured swimming pool, 7,000 litres. Spaces for chatting, hammocks and barbecues, bonfires. The house is simple and full of laid-back charm.
