Welcome to your own house with a large plot, close to the sea and swimming! Here you live in simple but comfortable standard, perfect for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy peace and nature close to the coast. Have breakfast on the glassed-in terrace, walk in the forest or barbecue in the evening sun. There is a 1.2 km walk (about 15 minutes walk) to Lerkils harbor with restaurant (Lerkilsbaren), kiosk and swimming area. The area also offers beautiful hiking trails, berry and mushroom picking as well as birds singing as a company.

Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel bed (crib) for baby, high chair and changing table can be borrowed free of charge.

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty.
