The house is ideally located for access to Tamarack, McCall, Donnelly, hiking, mountain biking, ATV trails, snowmobiling, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, hot springs, & more.

No AC in the Summer, ceiling fan, plus 3 fans to keep cool. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING, and NO more than 8 guests.
