Amazing location, very quiet place in the middle of the countryside but less than 20 minutes from the sea of Grottammare. We were able to leave our dogs free since there is only one very little busy dirt road (pay attention anyway) Oriana has always been very kind and scrupulous, thank you 1000 for your hospitality.

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

This was the best property we have ever stayed in. Really a dream property - Lorenzo the host is lovely, answered us within minutes and helped with everything we needed. The house is just spectacular in its beauty, a rustic and special house with a magical yard, a comfortable kitchen where we have prepared a number of meals and a warm atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, the place was big and inviting and the yard is just dreamy. There was a response to everything we needed. I have no words to even recommend from most we had a good time. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We spent two weeks at Rosanna's place with our daughters and four grandchildren. The house is great for large families with its three apartments. All the apartments were very cozy and well decorated. The kids loved the pool which was big and clean. Many sun loungers and good umbrellas. They also enjoyed the ping pong table a lot. We had all meals outside, either by the nice dining area or in the sofa group. We went to the two lakes and went swimming as well as to the sea. One day we touristed in Rome. Everything was within a reasonable distance by car. We got suoerb service from our hosts who helped us with alct, including booking an urgent doctor time. We got fresh eggs as gifts we several occasions and also vegetables from the garden. They gave us a lot of tips about everything and responded very quickly to messages. Really great hosts who made our holidays unforgettable. We'd love to come back

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

This place is amazing. Approximately 20 minutes to Assisi. Extremely large property to walk around that includes a wine vineyard and olive groves and a swimming pool. Very tranquil at night absolutely nothing around you except city lights in the distance. Restaurants are a ten minute drive and a grocery store 5 mins. The unit is extremely large and includes an awesome kitchen fully stocked, two large bathrooms and wonderful sitting area outside. The morning breakfast as well is an awesome touch Eddie is an amazing host. Constantly sending suggestions for local sights and things to do. He is on site but as well he will send you links to local towns, driving instructions as well as to restuarants. Assisi is a a must to see. But Eddie also directed us to 3 smaller Italian cities with their cultural heritage and local activities. Absolutely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything about this location is an Italian escape. I've been to Italy several times, and have been using AirBnB for a very long time, and his was by far my favorite place. The rooms, the outside gardens, the olive groves, the pets, the sunsets, the views...the absolute best. Just outside the city of Perugia, and close to restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the city, close to grocery stores. This place was cozy, and had a real farmhouse feel. Te host was awesome! Filippo was always quick to respond, was on site when I checked in, had recommendations for places to eat, get groceries, places to visit. He was incredible, and an amazing host. I would definitely come back.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

We stayed in this beautiful villa during the Christmas season, and the experience was just perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with swimming pool, offers an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that won us over right away. Special thanks to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always helpful people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious problem during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day longer than expected, helping us with great kindness.
