The studio is fully private with it's own private entrance though we live on the premises with our two kids. Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, with easy access to Downtown LA, Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, public transportation, and CSUN. Convenient to Van Nuys Flyaway for LAX access. Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Easy street parking. There are a couple of steps down into the Studio. And again into the shower. Recently added an EV charger to driveway, which you are welcome to use with prior arrangement. A Charming, independent space. Only a short drive to Ventura Blvd which offered the best dining the Valley has to offer. Half a dozen eateries within walking distance. Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day.

This in-law suite is built for a private stay. Self check-in and parking available on the street or in driveway upon request. Restoration hardware themed with a Murphy bed for plenty of room to sleep or lounge with a loveseat and ottoman. Relax and enjoy a 40inch tv or work with a floating desk provided. Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.

This room is like an apartment studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. There is a separate, private entrance/exit. Lots of closet space and cozy lighting! Good for folks who seek a quiet, cozy stay in the Greater Los Angeles area. We are a 5 min drive from Cal State, Northridge in the historic San Fernando Valley. Heart of the city lies this fairytale cottage with modern amenities to appeal to all! In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people but is not always great with other dogs. So be mindful if you bring yours. Thank you!
