Modern cottage on farm. The farm is very peaceful in the country with no disturbing roads or railroads. Walking distance to several lakes and trails for MTB biking and hiking literally in the corner. The cottage is angled so it feels private despite its location near the farm. The farm has chickens, cats, dogs and cattle in the summer months. In the autumn, there are great opportunities for both berry and mushroom plucking in close quarters. The cottage is suitable for two people, possibly a smaller child as well.

Possibility to rent boat, kayaks and paddle boards available. The area offers nice hiking trails through forest and around the lake with stunning views.

There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Relax with the family in this peaceful accommodation with four beds and you are welcome to bring your dog. Stroll around the lake or hike trail. Playground, fresbee court and swimming area as well as a public charging area for electric car are within walking distance. Stroll around the café town of Alingsås (15 km) or go to an exhibition at Tånga heath in Vårgårda (10 km). However, we do not guarantee freedom from fireworks on New Year's Eve.

Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
