The house is at a very central point. You can walk everywhere. The inside of the house is not very new, but it has everything you need. Teodor is a warm host. No elevator and free parking. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had 20 wonderful days at Rumi's place! We rented their Panorama apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Black Sea! She and her husband were very pleasant, and we felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend their place for your next Black Sea vacation! Rumi has a different types of apartments to suit your needs. The beach is close, and you don't need to drive there. The place is quiet, clean, and safe, and you will have everything you need for your stay. Rumi and her husband are great hosts, and we are very grateful for the hospitality my family and I received. The place is fantastic and intimate. You can feel at home there, quiet and relax. The apartment is spacious, large very well equipped kitchen with all cooking equipment, two bathrooms, air conditioning working in both bedrooms and living room. The terrace provides relaxation during the day and in the evening with a beautiful view of the sea and Obzor, a good view of the pool, a quick descent. There was no shortage of sun loungers in the pool. On site, by the pool, there is a bar where you can order warm snacks, ice cream and drinks. A Ping-pong table is also available. Jack has been friendly and flexible since the start of the reservation. He was always quick to respond to messages and help. Please pay attention to cleaning fees before booking.

Really beautiful flat with perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful and the place itself is super clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Konstantin and his mother are very pleasant and cultural people. The place is top notch, the lobbying is great . I was surprised by the hotel service (replacement of linens and towels and 3x for 10 days cleaning) for a small extra charge, I also got a place in the underground garage to keep my car safe and not stand in the sun for the day. Overall I'm satisfied , and I hope the hosts were happy with us as well. My warm recommendation for Cabacum apartments as well as Konstantina . If we fly to Bulgaria again, it will certainly be in the same place .

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is near two swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults which is great. You can supervise your kids from the balcony . Also, we were close to the Tropicana beach restaurant and we had same delicious lunch at it.

We were very impressed with the place; it looked exactly like the photos. The host responded quickly and provided clear instructions. Overall, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stefan was a great host and the communication was easy and fast. The apartment itself was clean, pretty and comfortable. With a cute balcony from where you could see the sea. The room service was friendly, too. I would recommend to book the apartment/Stefan as your host!

This was our second stay at Petya’s place. Once again, she sets a high bar. It’s a stunning place with fantastic amenities in an unbeatable location, near the park and the center street. We could not be happier with our stay! I highly recommend staying here.

Our host Ivaylo was fantastic -quick response times, very accomodating and friendly! He came to meet us and show us around upon our arrival. The place has both an outdoor private parking, as well as a garage, should you need it. The property was impeccable -- clean and spotless! Nicely decorated, with well-sized airy rooms and great lighting! The bathroom is fantastic and has a combo boiler. Both the bedroom and the living room are air conditioned and have flat screen TV-s. There is a nice balcony overlooking the shared garden. The bed is quite comfy and there are plenty of pillows and cushions. We liked how there are mirrors throughout, as it makes the rooms look even more spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped, there was a more than sufficient amount of complimentary mineral water. The Internet connection was quite good as well! We didn't miss a single thing! There were extra towels in the wardrobe, including beach towels, should you need them. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was wonderful.. Quiet and clean place.. There is everything you need for your comfort.. we will gladly visit again.

Very nice place, clean, has everything you need for a long stay. There are two good supermarkets close by, the city centre is a 10-15m walk away. The host is great, takes care of things when there is an issue. I would definitely stay here again!

I think that the fact that we spent about 2 months and a half at Mario's flat says everything 🤗 The spectacular seaview, the pool , the modern flat were the perfect ingredients for us having a just wonderful vacation and we are going to return for sure next year 🙂 Thanks, Mario( and also Mario's mum, who was just lovely and very helpful) and see you next year!!!🌅

I recently stayed for a month in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was an excellent experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were pleasant, and the view of the sea was absolutely stunning. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for daily visits. Additionally, having a market right at the doorstep was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
