There is a double bed in the room, and we can provide an extra bed on request. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The apartment has a balcony. No business activity of any kind may be conducted! Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in the Őrség region. The cottage has a sauna and a small garden with a fire pit, and directly below the cottage lies the village orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove top, small fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. You'll find everything you need for cooking and eating. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate for those over 18 years of age is HUF 400 per person per night. The fee for using the sauna is HUF 10000 per heating.

Listen to the birds chirping while drinking your morning coffee, lounge in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, walk along the Mohás Spring on the Óház Lookout hiking trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or just admire the starry sky from the garden. The house can comfortably accommodate two adults and one child (from baby to 12-13 years old), with 1 extra bed.

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.
