The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Large bright newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with a sea view. Only about 75 meters from the ocean and Fisketangen's popular swimming area. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking on the property. PLEASE NOTE: Final cleaning is not included! Towels and sheets are not included.

The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, porcelain, etc. (no stove). The dish is left with the host and replaced. Baby cot (0-3 years) and baby chair can be arranged on request.

Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

100 meter till hav och bad i lilla fiskeläget Väjern. Havsutsikt från balkongen med fantastisk utsikt. 2-3 km promenad till Kungshamn och Smögen via fina motionsspår eller längs kustvägen. Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd. Det finns även laddare till elbilar hos grannen.
